Spain and Portugal

Spain and Portugal’s cultures are tied to the sea. Both cultures are very distinct and the history is more closely tied to that of other Mediterranean cultures and North Africa. They are more closely tied because of the similarities that they have. Their culture similarities are agriculture, vegetation, and climate. Spain and Portugal are isolated from these things because of the Pyrenees Mountains. Their cultures are exotic and bright. Their geography is similar because it isolates them from the rest of Europe. Some similarities are the Mediterranean Sea, fishing, and climate. Spain and Portugal have cultures that are distinct from their neighbors in Europe because their geography isolates them.

The main land countries in Europe are France and Germany. They have similarities in cultures and history. Some examples of the history would be World War two, and the Holocaust. The only countries that are isolated from this history are Spain and Portugal. Their culture similarities are agriculture, vegetation, and climate. Spain and Portugal are isolated from these things because of the Pyrenees Mountains.

The Pyrenees Mountains isolate Spain and Portugal from the other countries in Europe. They also affect the weather and climate and make it very dry by preventing much rain from coming over them. Siroccos come from then North Africa. Spain and Portugal are no easily accessible because of the sheer coastline along the sea.
